If some cups are bad look with black tiny spot, or incomplete, they will throw into abig box, which stock all Unqualified liners.Second check, daily checking with Lids.Third check, when packing the liners each 25 pcs into polybag, packers will also check on the surface of liners for last time, to avoid any missing at the First check.Lids Control:1.First check, When the lids come out from the machine.Checkers will have afirst check on the surface of all lids one by one. If some lids are bad look with black tiny spot, or incomplete, they will throw into abig box, which stock all Unqualified lids.2.Second check, inspector will pick up 5pcs everyday, and measure the diameter, and deliver the report to the QC Manager everyday.3.Third check, when welding the filter for lids, workers will also check again on the surface of lids, to avoid any missing at the First check.Daily Inspection:The main inspection issue is Leaking.Every day, we have 2times check on the leaking issues.1.In the morning, 2inspectors will pick up 5sets PPS which just produced. And filled with water, combined with hard cups and adapters. Then upturned on the table. They will check the if leaking or not. And after finish testing, deliver the Report to the QC Manager.2. In the Afternoon, 2inspectors will pick up 5sets PPS which just produced in the afternoon, and check the leaking issue. And after finish testing, deliver the Report to the QC Manager.Each batch quality control:When we finish an order, we will have below inspection steps.Check the cartons surface, if any cartons broken, we will replace new carton.Check the marks on the carton, if it is as customers requirements or not.Leaking inspection, inspectors will pick 10 sets from 10 boxes. And test by 2times, morning and afternoon, 5sets each time. Then deliver the report to QC Manager. And QC Manager &Production Manager will check the results again.
